Hi!

If you had a chance would you rather pay

a) $75,000 to go to the best university in the country

or

b) pay $30,000 to go to a university that not many have heard of

p.s. its easy to get a student loan from the government with little or not interest until you work in my country

also is it true that in America anyone can get a degree no matter how bad the marks they got at high school?

Definitely go to the best university in the country. Going to a top school is an investment that almost always pays off in spades.

I'm not sure I understand your p.s. In America, any high school graduate can go to a community college. That means that as long as their grades were good enough to get them a high school diploma, they have an opportunity to go further. If they did not pass in high school, they cannot go on. Also, the fact that they can get into a community college is only the beginning. They need to get through the courses there, and then the degree they get is what is called an Associate's degree. If they do well, they can then transfer to a four-year (regular) university and study another two years for a bachelor's degree, which is a regular college degree, but those who don't do particularly well may not make it any further than the Associate's degree.
