True. I have a few stories. My favorite has to be from when I was a freshmen in high school. I had a crush on my friend. So it's getting closer to the end of the school year and I decide to tell him (only because I was dared to do it). I wrote this sweet little note and handed it to him as the bell rang for the end of the day. I said "call me if you feel the same". I never got that call.... I was heart broken slightly, but after a good nights rest I realized I didn't like him as much as I thought I had. So it all worked out really. And besides 2 years later he came out of the closet. We're still the best of friends though and always have been. We laugh about it now. And after he came out of the closet I learned that 5 of my close friends had had a crush on him when I did. lol

Have I ever been rejected by a person who didn't feel the same way about me as I did for him? Yes. A few times.

Have I ever gotten upset because that person ended up dating someone else I knew? Nope.

True! More times than I can count! I don't really know what to tell you specifically, since it happened so many times, but growing up, I was the fat girl... You get a LOT of rejection.

And yes, there were many times that my crushes went out with my friends (who were all beautiful AND sweet). There were times it felt like the heartache would kill me, but I always got over it, and it made me who I am now, so it was all worth it. :)

True.

I teased her a lot in elementary school. 4th Grade I think. Then I saw her again in high school and I thought she won't remember my face or anything but she did. Then I knew her Screen name for AIM because she posted it in her myspace profile. I had a chat with her once and confessed to her online. She didn't like me at all and I got rejected. From there on, I tried to forget about her completely off of my mind.

yes, yes, and yes.... Too many damn times... One of them dated my best friend after I moved away. I guess I was just a third wheel and in his way to getting to her. That's a big reason why I Do Not make the first move anymore. I've put my heart out there too many times to get humiliated again and agian....

Yeah. There's not much to speak of on the matter. Asked him out, got a no. Crushing, yes, but nothing I haven't been able to get over.

i did no longer tell them that i enjoyed them too as a results of fact i exchange into petrified of what might take place as quickly as we broke up. We have been pals first and that i did no longer prefer to lose the friendship by utilizing breaking apart.. yet by utilizing saying i did no longer love them (even nonetheless i did) nevertheless harm our pal deliver.. i might desire to have purely stated what i felt than mendacity and saying i felt no longer something.. :[ often times thats the way the cookie crumbles.
