I often look up at the night sky and think how amazing life is! I feel entranced when I see the stars and the colour of the sky, often navy, with patches of light blue scattered here and there from the light of the stars! I have taken many pictures of the moon, full! It's absolutely beautiful and I have always been amazed by the sky :)

I have only recently moved down to the south of England, prior to that I use to motor down most weekends on the Friday evening. One of the joys of that was arriving at a place called Bury Hill, you may know it? I believe the London smog in the air stopped at Bury Hill and each Friday I use to stop and admire the clear sky and the stars, it was another world. I never realised just how many stars that there are, it was like a huge Christmas tree. Really amazing.

Yes especially on a very clear night sky full of stars and some planets. Usually after the rain. I am very interested in what is out there and have found myself just gazing up thinking wow what is out there is so beautiful, life is amazing for letting me enjoy this.

All the time, the sky is so much clearer over here in Ireland as well so you get to see so much more!

Our long term plans are to get the loft boarded and get a sky light fitted then purchase a huge telescope so our kids can see the stars & planets - our 6 yr old is amazed every time she sees the stars!

However the kitchen build comes first!

Well, IF you look out and up into the night sky and see all that space and you look all around you on this earth and say," If we are the only ones out there, it's an allful waste of space"

Carl Sagan in his book "CONTACT"

No one EVER said that the complexity, variety, and tenactity of life was NOT amazing, only HOW did it all come about?

Can something THIS vast and complex have such a SIMPLE explanation as "God did it"?

Only in the mind of an ignorant and naive person will you find such simple solutions.

Oh my God!! It's wonderful
I can just stare at the night sky forever. Sometimes I'm outside just staring into space. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy, but the universe is just what you said, Amazing.
I went camping up in Bishop, California about 2 years ago, and I actually saw the Milky Way!!! It was beautiful! So many billions of stars

I looked up at the night sky and stared and thought.
Thought about stuff...not about how life is amazing, though.

Many, many times and I have wondered in awe of the beauty of the universe and our earth.

I have also wondered how many stars have planets circling them and how many of those planets have life, from the lowest form to ultra intelligent.

God or whoever/whatever created this universe certainly knew what they were doing.

I just wish I lived in the Antipodes. There are many more stars on show there than in the Northern hemisphere.

yes, all the time. but not how life is amazing but that THERE IS life. that god gave us everything and everyone takes advantage of it. the world is big and we're very small, we should be thankful for what we have because you never know what might happen tomorrow or even the next minute.
life is really short.
