Sometimes people arrive at a plateau or feel like they are in a desert. They are at crossroads. There could be a panicky feeling about the uncertainty of it all. When that happens - I can only speak for myself - I wait and decide that I do not have to do anything. Slowly, sooner or later, things unravel and a door opens. It was worth the wait instead of rushing into perhaps bad decisions just because the pressure is there : to make a decision, to act etc...when sometimes reflection and introspection is needed instead however long it takes.

Accept things for what they are. Theres no logic in stressing out over something that you cannot do anything about.
