Has anyone successfully gotten a loan from any of the following people....Elvis Brown loan firm, Mrs. Gloria Mclendo, patty daro? I have gotten the same loan application from all three "firms". They all want proof of identity (understandable), bank account info and at least 1500$ up front.....what? Are there no honest people.....is everything a scam? I need to get in touch with Paris Hilton grandpa......he's giving money away/

Never heard of those people and I would run the other way. You didn't disclose what kind of loan you are looking for, but if it's a home loan, keep in mind that the same application is common... it's called the 1003 or "ten O three".

Do you get the picture now ? Look what you got for replies when you asked a question about a loan. You just attracted another handful of the same sort of scammers. Reply to NONE of them. If you send them money, that's the last you will hear from them, unless they also manage to clean out your checking accounts when you're not looking.

Yes, it's all a scam. When a company contacts you to loan you money, it usually is bogus. Also, you never pay money up front to borrow money. The charges will be deducted when you receive the money you're borrowing.

Have your realtor refer you to a reputable lender and you won't have a problem with your identity or your money disappearing.

Ps - if they don't speak English well, they're probably not legit. see one of the above posts.
