I just had a slice of ice cream cake roll, mmmmmm it was soooo yummy, usually its ice cream with fruits or popcorn cuz I am usually up this late watching some tv or movie...nice question :)

It all depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time, but I really like bagels, and the various flavors of cream cheese for a midnight snack. (or any time for that matter.) Or maybe a bowl of cereal. (cinnamon toast crunch, golden grahams, life,or banana nut crunch!) Yum, good stuff!
Now that I'm done answering this question, I'm going to be forced, yes forced, to go raid the kitchen for that midnight snack at 1:27am.
