Hi, Ben. How about a gift of a trip to her favorite spa. Women LOVE to get pampered with facials, manicures, pedicures, steam baths and the like. She'd love it.

you could get her one of those rock salt lamps (they look awesome)
if she likes tea, you could get her some awesome green tea, and maybe some things to use with it?
a 1up mushroom (stuffed toy) from mario...
I guess it really depends on the person... but hopefully some of those ideas help...
