Some good stuff.. more bad stuff. Albums are being pumped out with ONE good hiton them and then filled with crap that sounds like a bunch of mentally challenged children playing with pots and pans.

(And they wonder why CD sales fall? Who wants to blow $15 on one single song?)

I absolutely love it. I think it's incredibly easy to get stuck in a rut as you grow older music wise. People can get very comfortable with the music they like and are resistant to change anything. But that's no reason to write off a whole new generation who are just as creative as any other has been. Music is constantly evolving and changing. I enjoy what's happened in the past, and I enjoy what's happening now. These are exciting times. There is lots of good music around if you can be bothered to find it. :-)

These two are the videos that I belive are what may lead others write music that has an impact on people. Many have written music in the past that brought people together but it has been a long time coming for this to happen again. If someone had a wrap song that is just moving as these please share it.

I think we have to get the Nice old collections ,than these New songs that we are getting .... so full of yo..yo ...yo..!!

Its every boy from High school days making music for backyards , pounding sticks on drums ,singing about every little insect flying by ....no meaning to it .... just want money and a year later they cant even come up with the next Album....

Nowadays they are so many Names in music ....eg

I think that most of it is a bunch of noise it's not really music at all. The only kind of music that's any good is country music.

A lot of songs that seem the same are being put into the music world. Its almost like your hearing the same song over and over again...

what's played on the radio for the most part is kind of lacking.

but i dont really listen to whats on the radio and most stuff wouldnt be known by folks. So from that aspect it is actually improving on that part. it isnt all bad only some of what folks hear on the radio which doesnt represent the vast majority that doesnt get radio play.

i love all music....but i think its just like fashion once one person has it every one wants it with music its like one band dose some thing too make the top 10 and the next thing you know you have a top 10 of songs that sound similar....

Well, most of the songs you hear these days are re-makes from some very old songs. It seems as if no one can come up with a good song by themselves without stealing another artists'. Plus, some of it doesn't seem to make sense.

Current music is all about the synthesized vocals and loud music riffs..its not about true talent. Noone pays attention to a person's true talent nemore.
