I have a JaMarcus Russell Bowman card and on other cards there name is at the bottom, this one it is gold and says Bowman? Why? Are they all like that??

Called "Sign of the Future" cards, just a unique subset for the 2007 series.

Bowman was a maker of baseball cards way back and was bought out by Topps in the 1950's. Topps since a couple years ago now makes cards under the Bowman brand.
Just another way to sucker people into buying them thinking they might be worth something. Too many card makers saturated the market making them all just about worthless.
