Well Spongebob is a member of Wienie Hut Jr .... the fight between him and Flounder shows mere force would never work. HOWEVER nothing would protect him from alien impregnation! Thus in the rules of the Alien universe they would form a sponge/alien hybrid. Now they would have eggs and budding. You could cut them up and they would either reform or make more alien/sponge. I think the point may be mute as alien/sponge combo definitely kills everybody in Bikini Bottom and then the world. SCARY question if you really think about it.

Spongebob with his square pants can absorb all of the punishment Alien can hand out. With his square pants you know what kind of shape spongebob is in.

The Alien. It knows that it must win. Even cold blooded killing machine like Aliens know enough mercy that the universe can not suffer a fate as bad as watching him on TV.

Spongebob can easily choke Alien,lodged in her small throat,but he may also choke on the alien slime unless he gets to a shower in a hurry.

I've seen Spongebob get ripped apart in episodes and then just connect back together. He seems to be indestructible.
