It depends on the date of the Poland note you have. All Poland notes dated prior to 1994 are the old Poland zlotych.
Poland remonetized in 1994. 10,000 old Poland zlotych became one new (current) zloty.

All current Poland notes are dated March,25, 1994 or later and the highest denomination is 200 zlotych.
