My story? At 6'7", I am the polar opposite of a midget. I've known a few, and the height difference was the source for many jokes.

The first midgets I saw were at Wal*Mart when I was six. They were a family of what looked like Eskimos or Indians or something. It was weird.

My mom cherishes the tale of the time she was working the ice cream counter and thirteen - count 'em - thirteen - midgets came in to order. She had to go to the back room in order to collect herself first, heh.

i have. they creep me out. i was las vegas in some random hotel and when i went on the elevator to my room, there was a midget to press the buttons. he was really creepy. (i just got back from parting all night at some night club and i was drunk)

In my class we have a guy who is 6'5 and he goes to open the door and he looks out and is about to close the door when it kinda hits this girl who is 4'2 she just marches right by him like it has happened so many times. He was so embarrassed. (I think it might need to be one of the have to be there moments) Do you watch the show little people big world ( I am in LOVE with that show)

Yes, I;ve watched her from childhood to adult. Lives in my town and works at the dog pound. She's very stand offish at first, but once engaged in conversation, she is a very sweet and caring person.
