guys: no makeup, very little effort put into appearance
girls: makeup, nice clothes, nice hair etc
but good looking guys still stand out but i very rarely see a girl that i go 'wow she's pretty' (im straight btw)
girls try so hard to look nice that they end up looking the same. so do guys have an advantage when it comes to looking unique? and do certain girls stand out for guys?

There are plenty of girls who don't wear make up and look beautiful. Less make up is better than to much. Some girls wear so much make up, that they look so different when they go bare. Guys put efforts into their looks as well. They take care of their hair and shave and put on after shave and wear nice cloths.
In my opinion, the male species looks naturally better then the female species, the same goes for animals. Look at a rooster and a chicken.

I think girls kinda get screwed over because most want to be skinny/in shape whatever and yet we are made with bigger hips and so on where as guys are not and I do not know many guys that want to be skinny. I say that girls are pretty (also straight) and all my guy friends will be like why can you not just say she is hott..In other words I think it would be so much easier to be a guy...yeah the deff have an advantage

coz for women, stayin beautiful especially in unique way is kinda competitive coz everyone's decorating and getting dressed up make up to look better than the actual look.. but guys dont seem to spend a lot of time unlike women on making look good,, so relatively men are more easily able to stand out and it also has things to do wit your sexual orientation cuz u are straight, its natural for you men are more attractive while as u said u rarely see a pretty gorgeous looking girl

Putting little to no effort into our appearance is one of the worst stereotypes I've heard in quite some time. I make sure I'm shaven and clean before I got to work, almost always. And I DO
care bout my appearance!

I've also noticed that many women like the "distinguished" or "gentlemanly" look of older men - a little gray is a good thing.
Not so much with guys and older ladies.

it's common misconception that us lads don't suffer vanity but we do i allways put effort it to looking my best befor i go out in the mornings and i do worry about what people think of my apperance and i invest in various different products like hair gel , moisturiser and things i don't think there is anything wrong with that and i don't think women have it any more difficult in that area than we do .

isn't it comparable with females? good looking females have an benefit in getting adult males? that's not trouble-free how adult males can criticise a woman's seems and each thing yet whilst it is composed of themselves, they do no longer set the comparable customary

Especially when they get older! Why is it that men age so gracefully and we women look like we've been drug across a cactus patch??
