It's hard to project at that age how good you'll be in high school but you sound very short for your age.

That is impressive, I have to admit. When I was 13 I could only throw 39 I think. It might've been 42. Different years not sure which is which :) But yeah that's pretty good. The strikeouts in 1 game that's good too. Sure, there could be a future for you. Don't worry about your height or weight and whatever you do never take growth pills-you know what I mean. But really, there could be a future but as people said earlier it's too early. Keep working at it and you always have a chance. Get noticed and keep healthy. don't let drinking or anything else get in your way ( I know some people who did that) good luck!

You have to work hard in the off season. my daughter is pretty good at softball, but doesn't interest her in the off season, so she'll never be good enough to say play for the school team when it comes time. I would start with the weights next year and work out now by running and doing sit ups and push ups. Hershel Walker a former NFL player did like 1,000 each a day and he ended up as a great running back, it all about decacation

yeah it could mean something in the future....talented players at such a young age have good genetics....you have to continue your work ethic and practice whenever you can....this doesn't mean you'll make the pros as a pitcher unless you throw 89+ with hard velocity...but if you continue to improve it could mean a small college scholarship or a full ride depending on the school....the main thing though is that you will be a healthy fit young person...that takes things like a man and learns good habits...good luck kid

doesnt mean anything sorry. you could get hurt easily. i knew a guy who threw 86 as a soph in highschool and ruined his shoulder. michael jordan didnt even make his highschool team, so it could go the other way and be bad to great.

ps: dont lift weights this early like that one guy said, you're ruin your chances even more. wait until you are in highschool and don't throw curve until 17+. pitching coach said he's had some kids come in with ruined arms because of it. good luck!

Like Woody from Toy Story says "Reach for the sky!"
Practice more than any other kid could even dream about practicing and you'll get there. Watch what the pros do. They're the best teachers.

It is great to have a love for the game at your age and you have years ahead of you to enjoy playing. At your age it is too soon to tell where your skills will take you so just have some fun and see what happens.

Its possible. Hard work, dedication, and remaining healthy will increase your chances. Also, DO NOT THROW CURVEBALLS, i have seen soooooo many of my buddies wreck their arms because of throwing breaking balls at your age.

It could mean something or it might not. Wait a few years and see what happens.
