Windows Vista Lost Password?

Can't access the internet, have a guest account..
I tried the safe mode but it still asks for a stupid password!
I have no OS cd too.

(My mom put a password and she forgot it?) Now I'm in charge I don't know what to do!!)

I can't log on!!!! I CAN ONLY ACCESS THE GUEST ACCOUNT!!

just try changeing your password in outher words select new password and try that it woked for me because i had forgoten my windows Vista password.Vista did not even ask me for the old password so i left the forgotten password blank and put in the new password then eliminated te password complely after that.
