throw one from the right hand up about a foot high (not too high - it is annoying, but you will start out throwing them away from the body..) toward the left hand.

throw the one from the left hand between the one in the air and your hand, about half way towards the right hand.

catch with left hand, throw with right hand between the one in the air and the one in your other hand

it's almost like braiding hair
