There isnt a direct train from Chandigarh to Agra.
You can come down to Ambala and catch CHHATISGARH EXP at night around 10:30 and arrive in Agra at around 9:30 in the morning.
or
You can come down to delhi by bus/train and there are a whole host of train from Delhi to Agra.

Best is to get to Delhi, and then use the many options available to commute to Agra from Delhi! Happy journey, Happy New Year! (i just returned from a visit to Agra&Bharatpur&Jaipur! Very good weather, fairly good roads: i drove both ways!)
