Mac & Cheese-- I do it so it's a comfort food, unusually healthy & surprisingly decadent all @ once.

No one can make sand tarts better than my mom, buttermilk pie better than my aunt, or anise pecans better than me.
We made our own recipes and they will only be shared when we die and the next generation gets it.
Get in the kitchen and experiment. It's fun. So what if every recipe doesn't turn out. The ones that do will be your original creations. Keep a notepad nearby and write down the ingredients, measurements and cooking instructions when you create. If it turns out you will want to make it again.
Have fun and be happy and cook it up. Share it with those you love and even some you can barely stand. You will be better off for it and so will they.
