can you say.. grubby? ew. Use baby oil, olive oil, or canola/vegetably oil. Then wash your eyelids gently with soap if you want.

If you don't remove your mascara before going to sleep it could flake into your eyes and irritate them or cause an infection. It's best to remove it every night before bed with a good makeup remover that says that it will remove waterproof makeup.

uh no. it deteriorates your lashes and they'll fall out and stuff. plus, it holds bacteria and you can get serious eye infections.. if you can't get makeup remover for some reason, use a bit of unscented moisturizer on a makeup remover pad and rub it off with your eyes closed... but seriously, get some remover

if you are washing your face twice daily you should be fine, i know mine doesnt seem to ever come all the way off. but one tip i learned was that you're supposed to get a new mascara once a month regardless of if its empty or not. but i would use eye make up remover (i dunno if i would use anything else eyes are super sensitive)

Just go to like rite aid or cvs and get some cheap make up removers
