If she is the primary caretaker for the kids, she may simply be tired! If you can, take her away for a romantic weekend for just the two of you, without having to worry about the kids.
She also may be worried about getting pregnant again (which can cause financial fears as well as other physical worries), and if that is the case, you should look into various methods of birth control, be it rhythm method, condoms, the pill, or other methods for either of you.
Talk to your wife, and find out what is bothering her. She may be worried that you feel she is supposed to be a saintly mother and no longer "hot" to you (even if that is far from the truth). Let her know that you love her no matter what, and you find her just as (or even more) beautiful as when you first met. Good luck!

Normal for the first little while but if it is a matter of years, then no, it isn't normal....make time for yourselves without the kids and she will begin to feel more romantic towards you.

Very normal; I say you just love her, compliment her repeatedly, make her feel good about herself with things you say to her, surprise her with flowers once in a while, take her to a nice dinner, just spend time with her and let her know how much you love her. I think you'll be very blessed and surprised with the results.

It was not normal for me. How long ago did she have the baby? You should not have sex for the first six weeks until her checkup.

This is normal, as she regains some of her balance, but you have to keep the lines of communication open
