You cannot, for the doubt lies within him and only he can convince himself to think otherwise

If you keep doing things to prove yourself and there are still doubts, I don't think he is your beloved. Trust is a staple and a must for a relationship. The other thing, if you are giving him no reason to doubt you, than there may be reasons for you to doubt him. Just a thought.

Perhaps it would be good to find the language, means or way so he can understand best what you feel. Some people need to hear the words, I love you, others need to SEE something. Be it making oneself pretty for him, or preparing a cosy house etc. They use their visual channel mostly. Others need to feel something. They need to be touched a lot, or kissed so they are convinced that they are loved through their feeling representational system.
Find out what for him a sign of love would be and adapt to this, even though it might not be your natural way to express love.
You can find this out in putting yourself internally in his position and do for a while as if you are him. So you put your map of the world totally by the side and put yourself into his shoes, seeing and experiencing and hearing the world through his senses.
Hope this works for you.

Try to let him feel how much you care for him. Simple gestures like a back massage, a little text, a call saying " How are you? YOu want meto deliver my home-baked brownies?" or even a little cuddle. If he's still doubting, you can even tell him an anecdote about a person who was crazy for that person but that person doubted that person and this person tried to prove that person that this person liked that person.Or you could say,"DO you trust me?"

Words and deeds, mind and heart must tell the same to build confidence. It is not enough if it is in your mind alone or heart alone or merely in conduct(show!) alone or in any combination of two only; it must be in all the dimension of the being.Since you are sure of your inner, please find out whether it is coming out in the same way in your behaviour,no presumption, find out;stand before a mirror and see your love behaviour reflects your true inner love with all its intensity, get the true feedback from 'him' and from your friends about how you 'look' on that! Hold the whole of yourself by the scurf and present/be demonstrative to the other,it will impact.Good Luck!

Because if your beloved partner can not trust you than their is nothing to say about a healthy relationship so its better to say her/him by your side.

you just say to your beloved that love must not be proved , love by it`s definition is something you must believe in .

Just ask him this : Am I the only one for you?

fingers crossed!;)

Time will prove it. If you slip up, then it will be hard to ever trust again. Once that you know someone is capable of lying right to your face---then you have trouble believing anything that they say.

Take him in my arms and kiss him profusely. Love is the only proof against all doubt.
