It's called 'DEW'. Because the misty atmosphere has reached its 'Dew Point' temperature in relation to the atmospheric pressure and the dew is the condensed mist so formed that settles as water droplets on exposed, cool surfaces.
(In answer to an answer below, as the mist is condensing into water droplets, (as with rain), it is a form of Precipitation).

Dew, fog and condensation are not precipitation. Drizzle is precipitation.
