For about 6 months now I have been deathly terrified of throwing up or getting sick. My mom thinks it's always because I am high stress and nervous but I feel like i'm sick all the time. I even feel nauseous during most of my day so i have been taking fever reducers and have become dependent on them! If anyone has advice for me please let me know!

Get professional help. You sound like you have an anxiety issue. Getting stressed only diminishes your bodies defense mechanism, making you more prone to get sick. Eat right, get plenty of exercise, drink water, and wash your hands. That is the only thing that can help prevent you from getting sick. But living in fear only makes things worse.

try natural remedies. for a long time my little brother had stomach problems similar to yours and he just took chamomile supplements every day (i think twice a day maybe?) and in a week or so he was fine! also, when your really nauseous, just try drinking some ginger ale, it's good to calm the stomach. For general good health, take multivitamins, garlic, vit. C, vit E, things like that.

yeah like dont think about that stuff cuz like sometimes when u think about it too mcuh u can get sick. "worrying urself is also a sickness," ssaid my science book. like one time i kept on thinking my head was gunna hurt and then it kept on hurtinig and i was freaked out! and then like i played basketball for a while and since i lost concentration of my head i didnt feel that pain in my head. But then i was like Yes i dont have that head pain....and it came back..lol. so like dont think about it too much. u'll be fine ;)
