something from the heart - make him dinner and write him a poem. candlelight dinner and a hot bath drawn with rose petals. don't try to buy him back - be sincere and show him you'll put in the effort to make him happy.

I suppose a Wills Wing Sport 2, harness, helmet, harness bag, parachute, vario with a GPS system, and hang gliding lessons would be a bit much. I can only guess but he might be really thrilled with a remote control helicopter, available at a hobby store near you. Get one with two sets of counter-rotating rotors. Otherwise he'll crash the thing on the first flight and have to buy replacement parts.

tell him you're sorry. that you realize that you were wrong. or that it was a stupid thing to argue about and what can you do to make it up to him. let him have some ownership in what his present will be. if you want to surprise him then give him something that means something to both of you as a couple. something that will remind him about why you are together in the first place. all couple have inside jokes or things that only you two talk about or do. do something that reminds him of those little things. after all, its the little things that count.
