Is there a way to set a password for individual folders? Without zipping it or anything.

That just set it to private... it didnt let me set a password

For windows XP home:

Select the folder you wish to encrypt.
Right-click the folder and click Properties.
Click the Sharing tab.
Check the box, 'Make this folder private'

If the box is greyed out....check these requirements:
The hard disk drive must be formatted in NTFS and not FAT32.
