take benadryl!!! it seriously helps. IT has stuff that helps with sleep and is non addicting

Well maybe u should do alot in the day and then when it bcomes night u should be tired. When ur about 2 go to sleep drink some warm milk. G00D LUCK!!!p.s the last thing u wanna do is take pills

It's hard to beat the excitement of a new place, but a cup of warm milk can help. Warm it just enough to please your taste, don't burn your tongue. The milk has tryptophan, a natural chemical that causes sleepiness, that is released when milk is slightly heated. Put on some mellow music, and dream of a peaceful place you'd love to lay down in and enjoy. Good luck. Be happy.

i'm a military wife, i move sooooo much. take a very warm bath. get off the computer and don't watch tv. the screens stress your eyes making it harder to feel sleepy. right after your bath get into bed with a book or cross word. lose yourself in it until your eyes start to close, place the book down and hit the light with as little movement as possible, you'll be asleep b4 you know it, now get of line ! :0) good luck!

take Lunesta, stare at the wall for a while, count sheep, read a book, just think about what will happen tomorrow, and uh do something that will make you tired like jumping jacks or push ups. But dont watch TV that will stimulate your brain. Also you can listen to soft music.

As mentioned above you could try sleeping pills, or other relaxation techniques. Even if you don't get to sleep at all tonight, don't worry, missing one night's sleep won't hurt much.

If you want to get some sleep, put in some soothing music or music that you like; that usually helps me go to sleep if I'm anxious.
