China is becoming more and more a mix of Communism and Capitalism, it is slowly changing itself. We (The international community) are not ready for a big fast change that would have disastrous consequences and we are not either ready to pay the bills of that radical change. Of course, that system is sometime cruel, but capitalism applied to a society used to live differently for over 3000 years might get worst effect over a short time. Through more and more freedom to business activities, I sure hope they will someday get to become more and more free like we are in Western Countries. But mainly, China is still VERY much communist.

OK, a good Friend of mine who was manager of the sales Dept. in a MBZ, dealership Oh, that's Mercedes Benz, any way in early 90's Chinese people started buying used cars and Export them to China, he told me there was such high demand, that his buyers started to buy used cars from all over US so they can supply. That trend although slowed down but still continues today, now does that picture the communist for you. Just look at some old clips from Bajin , what did you see? damn bicycles millions and billions of them? And now ? all you see is black MBZ's (Their Favorite Color). OK boss. good.
Don't Look Back man ?!

Yes I do because the government over there tries to equally distribute all food, housing and income. They have also tried to control their population by only allowing one child per family in urban areas. They don't allow organized religion (to my knowlege). They have just a little too much control over how much money people make regardless of how hard these people work. In my opinion, that is communist.

Yes. It is controlled by a strong central government and there are no open elections. That is a pretty good indicator that it is still communist.

Yes, do they vote for their leaders? Uh, no. Is there freedom of religion? Uh, no. Oh, but hey, you can live in a factory and make $90 a month. Yeah, that sounds free to me.
