Lol I love it! I'm 15 also a girl and I have the same thing WITOUT working out. It's kind of funny tho everyone (even as young as 10) use to say I have 'man muscles'. Lol high fives!

Wow, my arms used to be like that when I was in gymnastics! Now my arms are toned, but not that much. Your in great shape!
