I'm an American, and I see questions and answers on here all the time about how bad things are now in the UK (Immigration, economy, EU membership...) I was unaware about these issues. Do you think that the UK will survive and move on?

I think we will survive but not without great cost.

Most young Brits are struggling. Low paid, over taxed, they can't buy their own homes because of soaring house prices, they are massively in debt, they are demoralised and undervalued in their jobs (which they struggle to hold onto in the face of the huge influx of East European immigrants, who we keep being told are "better workers" and "more valued" by employers than we are).

The only Brits who are doing well are the older, more established people who managed to get their education and buy their houses many years ago when things were better (when there were student grants, Youth Training Schemes and Apprenticeships, tuition fees paid, more social housing and cheaper house prices, less immigration etc). They just tell the young 'uns that we are all lazy and stupid and deserve what we get and we'd better watch out because the Poles are after our jobs (you see this on here all the time)

Things won't go on like this forever, eventually this useless, traitorous Government will be kicked out. things will reach a breaking point when Brits say "enough is enough" and something will change. But I fear we're nowhere near that point yet, there are too many complacent people who are happy to go along as they are.

As one of the best of historians, Arthur Bryant, said the English are slow to anger but when they are be very careful. So once we all wake up to the damage that has been done by the Labour party dictator Blair and his successor Brown then things will look up. Leaving the Eu which is a disastrous and criminal organisation will be the next move, after which England and the UK will rise again.

I think you should take a look at the current FX rate US$ Vs. GBP, that represents a general health check.

In addition it is not a question of survival, its a question of consistency and long term forecasting. As you will probably appreciate the US of A is in a far dire situation than what the UK is. What with the rapid decline of the US$, an incumbent fool and an ever increasing 'disgruntled' populous, I think you should worry more about the survival of the US than the UK.

Provide we can somewhat distant ourselves from the US of A and its spurious actions I think the UK will do just fine.

I can understand you being unaware. the US See's Blair as a nice guy because he came in and supported America in the Iraq war. in fact the little traitorous rat was using the war as a smoke screen to gradually sell the control of our country out to the EU. and flooded our country with immigrants to insure that the labour party had as many supporters as it needed to stay in power. America lost hundreds of thousands of brave young guys that came over here to fight along side Britain against the Nazi's. WELL!! Blair and he's traitorous labour party have done more damage to Britain (for their own personal gain) than Hitler could ever! have done. our infrastructure is being destroyed. our culture is being destroyed. and we even have to obtain permission to fly our union jack in out own gardens. (so's not to offend immigrants) they even tried to take Christmas away. and call it the winter celebration instead. we have the Muslim enemy living among us preaching hatred and violence. and this mess of a government are in for another two years yet. god only knows what further damage they will do. i don't think old England will be recognisable by the time labour have finished.

Would't it be nice if the government would,

Close the Borders.
Stop lying to us.
Give us back our culture
Abide by the people that made this country great.
Stop using stupid leftie excuses and PC to suppress the true
and correct feeling of the British people.
Stop lying to us about manmade Global Warming for tax greed.
Look at proper energy answers like France, etc, rather than fanny about with stupid long winded ideas.
Educate our children with 'our' History and cultural traditions rather than everyone elses.
Enforce our laws correctly.
Not allow mini cultures to develop to the level where they threaten the culture of the host country.

And I could go on, but I won't because unless we all do something about our situation, there's no point.

The only way things will change is if we change them.
Britain and it's people have lost their balls and their sense of direction.
Whatever happened to Blith spirit.
This is our nation, and its about time we got our gumption back and made Britain great again.

As Citizen Smith once said, "Power to the people"

POPBANG: Well said me o'l son.

Close the Borders, leave the EU, deport all failed immigrants immediately, lock up the PC and Tree-Hugging Brigades.
Tighten up all immigration laws, to keep the benefit scrounging basterds out.
Immigrants who were lucky to be granted leave to stay, must learn the language or leave.

Britain is a ticking time bomb but as a load of us are emigrating there are gonna be less and less Brits to fight the system. We've sank.
