In each serving of bran my horses get 1 qt bran per 1/4 qt senior. My horses aren't on senior, any of them, and they are on specific diets because of their body types (i.e they're fat and or/ take meds that don't allow for the high nutrient intake) I'm wondering if the concentration of senior in the mix wouldn't be good for them, or non beneficial in any way.

I fed one on the instant even nonetheless it became no longer my suitable i'm lacking some ingredients. For Christmas I oftentimes desire to get some candy canes and combine it with the bran mash. I positioned 5 quarts of bran in a 5 gallon bucket with one quart of candy feed (for 6 horses). If I had candy canes or malassus i could have shrink out the candy feed. With the candy canes I hit them a pair circumstances to give way them then positioned them in. I additionally with take apples and upload them in for style. Carrots paintings additionally in case you desire I even have under no circumstances positioned any in. i like to characteristic some electrolites to the mash to help inspire some eating in the less warm months. Be imaginitive, in the experience that your horse likes something then perchance try including it. For one horse i could feed .5-a million quart bran with your style. i could moist the bran so there is greater water in the bucket yet no longer so it is merely too watery and that they do no longer in easy terms like the style. i wish this has helped in case you ought to any extent further questions be at liberty to ask.

First, Senior Feed is recommended only for older horses or horse with bad teeth because of their digestive system. If you want to add bran mash to your horses specific diets, I would add it once or twice a week. One pound can of bran, half can water, and a couple tablespoons of molasses. And you can use this with your diet that you use with your horses. :)

You're not making sense. You say they get 1/4 qt of something that you say in the next sentence they don't get at all? Huh?
