The area of your hand between your thumb and forefinger contains a pressure point. If it is squeezed with the proper pressure in the right place (just behind the large muscle felt in that area), your headache should start to lessen pretty quickly.

For me it's chocolate.
My mom usually takes some extra strength Tylenol and lies down.
I've heard a cold cloth on the forehead and quiet.
I'm sorry that I'm not much help.
Hope you get rid of the headache, soon!

shower, go to a dark silent room, get a heating pad, advil or excedrin (sp?) helps also the herbal head on (found at walmart) helps drink lots of water a headache is the brain's way of telling you it's dehydrated. tea can sometimes help but sleep with a heating pad is best

I usually take a couple advil. some coffee, then put one of those hot packs on my neck, then go to bed.
It works most of the time.

Go sleep. If you try to eat/drink anything, you might throw up.
