How about the old movie "Coma" 1978 with Michael Douglas. They were harboring bodies in coma states for parts. Great flick.

This is an old one, but in "The Dream Team" (1989) one of the main characters is beaten and falls into a coma.

There's a good foreign one from Spain, where a man while in a coma a nurse has sex with him and she gets pregnant, something crazy like that but I can't remember the title.

Coma. It is less about the people in comas than the good guys and bad guys, but it fits.
