i would like to try goofy {my right foot for the lead} but i dont know if i should since im right handed , the couple times ive been on the bunny ,i spun around and goofy felt more comfortable please help me obi wan

When I first got into snowboarding, riding switch was the first thing I could do and it came very naturally. So I wondered if I was better goofy or regular. My suggestion to you is ride a few complete runs regular and then ride a few runs goofy. See which one feels the best or if during those runs, you have a side that you automatically go to in a sketchy situation. As for the binding angles, I believe +15/0 is the default setting and adjust from there. +15 being the front foot and 0 being the back. Good luck and have fun riding.

Your hand dominance has nothing to do with it. Just keep riding and you'll figure it out. If they're set up wrong you can always just find a screwdriver and flip them around. No big deal.
But a good way to figure it out before you get on the hill is this--remember that scene in Risky Business where Tom Cruise slides across the floor in his socks and underpants? If you were to do that, which foot be in front? That's probably the way you'll ride. But if you felt more comfortable riding goofy, then you're probably a goofy rider.
As far as degrees go, I wouldn't worry about that just yet. Start out with something pretty stock, maybe like 6 front -6 back. It won't make much difference if you're a noob. As you get more experienced and start riding different terrain, play with it a bit and see what works best for you.

Slide across a smooth floor in your socks - which foot feels most natural? That is your front foot.
As for binding angles, I wouldn't use too big of an angle - it will make your switch riding easier when you get to that. I would use 9 degrees in the front and 3 degrees in the back.
