- laughing & making others laugh
- letting go of anger or hurt (forgiving) -- resentment really is such a burden!
- the support & love of my AMAZING family and friends!
- having children around. They make me laugh, renew my spirit, and remind me what's really important. : ]
- going to church -- it melts away almost all of my stress & gives me a clearer perspective.
- gratitude for my blessings! Realizing how great I have it & seeing all the good in my life makes my problems seem tiny and insignificant.
- making it a point to surround myself with the things that bring me joy, like fresh flowers and sunshine
- most of all, my relationships with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Only They can give me real peace. <3

Keeping a pocket calender in my purse with all of my appointments and keeping a regular-sized calender (with cats as I love cats and have one myself :) in my room with appointments jotted down as well. I would miss about 3/4 of my appointments and important things to do without those reminders ;)
I should add that reading makes my life a bit easier as it conveys a level of intelligence by knowing about various subjects (albeit I still feel like I'm playing 'catch-up' ;) and keeping up with current events.
Being a mentor to my nephew as well.
