Elvis, definitely.
In the 'olden days' and wished to see a film with an 'A' rating you had to have and adult with you. All the kids round here were Elvis lovers and we wanted to see 'Blue Hawaii' and my brother and I asked mum to take us ( out of the rebate from the electric meter !)
Anyway, we spread the word that mum was taking us and when we got to the pictures there were about 25 kids all waiting for us so that mum would take them in , too !!
We nearly filled 2 rows and mum said she drew the line at buying everyone an ice cream !She's loved him ever since , too
We all like Luciano, too but we don't sing very well in Italian but can sing along to all old Elvis songs and watch all his films

Definitely Luciano Joan as Elvis does absolutely nothing for me and he is not in the same league as Luciano.

I bought 'Love me tender' in 1956 on a 78 after watching the film of the same name, and have bought every Elvis record since, he truly is the 'King'.

I have also bought most of Pavarotti's records, including one called 'King of the high 'C's.

I see no problem in two kings of two different genres.

I'm Welsh and love all good singers, so when someone asks me my taste in music, my reply is always, "From Presley to Pavarotti".
