What sublte sounds that are far away can you hear? What are your feelings with hearing nothing at all? Does your thoughts seem to resist the noise? Let them resist and just listen as if nothing matters because noting doesn't matter but existing in the here and now.

Lucky you to be able to hear silence. I hear a constant din of traffic, since it pretty much goes on 24 hrs.
The silence of the skies above us has a certain noise, a hum or is that just my imagination. When one is out side and it is quiet you can hear it above the noise of insects, water , animals.
