Color should play no role in the swing. The two balls must be made from different materials giving different weight, hardness, surface texure/roughness that would affect the swing. So find out what the real difference is, appart from the color.

In modern one-day cricket, a white ball is commonly used for easier viewing on the TV. The ball has a thin lacquer that is applied to its surface to avoid discolouring the ball as it gets knocked aeound during the innings. This seemingly minor change to the ball in fact provides a much greater swing than the good old conventional red ball.

Actually the white ball is much harder than the red ball and it
is very skidy through the surface. So I think that due to skiding
through the surface the white ball swings more. And I think it is
lighter than the red ball , so it moves in air more than the red ball . For example if you take a plastic ball it swings more due to its lightness. And at the same time if you take a leather ball you will see that it doesn't swings that much as the plastic ball does.

For the same reason that a white anvil falls faster than a red anvil when both are dropped from an airplane.

White is a combination of seven colours (vibgyor) so it
radiates more than other colour balls so the swing is also more TQ
