daily stretching is great for your flexibility, and if you stretch correctly, will lengthen out, for example quads, but won't actually lengthen your legs.

Stretching can only increase your flexibility. If you are female and have hit puberty you are about as tall as you will ever be.

stretching can help you become more flexible, and if you know how to use your flexibility, you can appear to have longer legs. but you cant physically make them longer by stretching.

Daily streching, yoga, etc will loosen your mucles and make you stand up straighter which may make you seem taller.
