It was a doll with pink hair and it came with a bottle with a rainbow inside.
It was made in 1983.

dang i remember those things and they are rare. try a collectible or hobby store where they do dolls or a swap meet or flea market. good luck with that!

Your search is going to be alot longer if you eliminate ebay! Advertise in the wanted sections of websites that have classifieds. Check websites that sell vintage dolls. Go to doll shows, Thrift shops, flea markets and auctions. Good luck, because it sure sounds like the hard way to me!
