No its not crazy. To me its fine.
I prefers taking lots of photo when I go on vacation.

If you don't want to swim, then don't swim. I don't know why you wouldn't though; Hawaii is all islands and its tourist economy is kinda built on swimming, fishing, and diving. There are other things to do, though. You can hike near the volcanoes and in the forest, visit plantations, go to the Pearl Harbor memorial, and visit historical museums.

No, especially if there is a big rain storm which we just had, but, if the sun is shining, then heck yes that is crazy not to go to a beach and hang out.

It really depends why you want to go to hawaii
if you are there for the sights, you may want to pay more attention to them rather than going swimming
if you are there shopping then you might not want to swim as much as shop!

considering i love the water then yes i do. if i could go to hawaii i'd do nothing but be in the water from surfing to snorkeling.

not really but the water there is so beautiful and clear. I can't see why anyone wouldn't go swimming there
