Honestly. A cab company wouldn't make much money giving out free rides.

Cab companies aren't offering free rides so I would suggest that you party at a place where you can stay the night or have a designated driver. Most bars will be happy to call a cab for you but you will have to pay the fare. If you have a designated driver they will get free non-alcoholic drinks all night. Have fun but stay safe.

Cab companies won't be giving free rides. They have to pay their staff and gas still.
But if you and your friends stay at a hotel, most hotels will offer a shuttle to and from places for free.
