I complain about it every election year. This election is the worst. The candidates just spent two years campaining in Iowa. I live in Nebraska. Not one will ever set foot here. Our primary is in May. It is apt to be pretty well settled by then. Why should we let Iowa and New Hampshire decide the choices for the rest of us.

There should be a national primary, just like the general.

There should also be a rule that campaigning cannot start within a certain period before the election or caucus, like 120 days or something. This 18 months before the election is crazy.

They have so much time to lie to us, even they can't keep it straight.
