before that happened, i tried to install sims2, but it said that it's not compatible with vista. then i also tried installing alcohol120%...and that started it, when i tried to run alcohol, it also said that it's not compatible with vista, then after a few seconds, the blue screen appeared.
i also tried booting with safe mode(so i can uninstall sims2 and alcohol), but it still doesnt work and still having the blue screen after loading the components of windows.
but each time i tried booting on normal mode, it does continue to boot until it shows my desktop, but after a few seconds, the blue screen will appear again. (with the same error msg)
what seems to be the problem and how can i solve this?

Definitely incompatible software and probably a corrupted driver. Try doing a restore to just before you attempted to load those programs. If that does not work and you have the Vista DVD you can boot to the DVD and run a repair from there.
