hope this helps!

Dont start with a question. My teacher said thats really..wrong.
its sad because i love question starters.
You could make it into a memoir and just tell the story
from the beginning about why, when, how, who and what in
a third person narrative or even first.

I hope it helps...i know my advice is really unhelpful..sorry!

I lkie your idea of focusing on the RMcD House. You must have had some heartwarming or heartbreaking experiences there. Could you tell about one? I'm thinking you could make it the third paragraph of a four-paragraph essay. First is a short introduction ending in a thesis statement, which in this case would state your future goal or your reason for applying to that college or a summing up of your life so far. Then if you have other activites, you can write a topic sentence that covers them all and mention them brieffly (one or two sentences each) in the second paragraph. And the fourth paragraph is the conclusion. If you want to focus entirely on the RMcD experience, mention it in the thesis and use the intro. to lead up to it. Maybe there you could mention whatever other activities you've been involved in and end with a thesis saying that the most special or fulfilling was the work at the RMcD House. Then write as many body paragraphs as you like, provided you stay under the word limit yet develop each one sufficiently. (So two might be enough.) You might tell of one uplifting incident there and one sad one. In the concluding paragraph, say what you learned from volunteering there or how the experience matured you, and end with a sentence looking forward to the future.

2. include national and international organizations it will sound better.
3. if its formal speak in the third person.
4. appeal to emotion.
5. state all facts.
6. limit yourself to 1 topic only but mention the other things that make you- YOU.
7. show conviction and purpose in your life.
8. dont say you are undecided tell them you are sure and you have prepared your entire life for that one thing you wish to become or persue.
8. beggining some quote like"Life is not about where you come from and who you are but the choices we make and the road that we wish to take" wow it rhymes lol

You’ve participated in some super community service projects and sound to me such as you’re already ninety 5% of a thank you to putting at the same time an incredible essay! it is advisable to spend a while questioning approximately and speaking relating to the folk you helped…the little ones at Ronald McDonald homestead to illustrate…then concentration on how helping them made you experience. whether you had no direct touch with the unwell little ones, it is easy to talk approximately how the paintings you probably did helped them (whether became amassing pledges for a fundraising walk or cleansing bedpans). the money you raised help furnish scientific scientific care and supply them of project at a healthy existence (something YOU no longer take with no attention)…or the bedpans you wiped sparkling helped make the toddlers greater comfortable. stable success with your application!
