You obviously are not old enough to remember. She freely had admitted she was ill prepared for huge job of revamping the health care system in the early 90s. She, along with most of the other Dem candidates, are completely right in believing that changes have to be made in the US health care system. Is that a completely nationalize health care system or a hybrid of a national plan with single pay options remains to be seen. While the other party, the Repubs, seem more concerned over losing their pharmaceutical, insurance, and medical industry lobbyist money than the health care needs of the people they are suppose to be representing.

Her plan was not government health care, which is why it was shot down so thoroughly...
Instead, it forced private insurers to provide coverage to everyone, regardless of risk. Imagine a law requiring banks to lend money regardless of a person's history or ability to pay back. She had support from the insurance lobby because any losses would basically have to be bailed out by the government.
All of this would have created an administrative nightmare which would require the services of (surprise!) an army of trial lawyers to mediate.

Heh....More like hubris!
She is the biggest Marxist known to man,and as a freethinking american woman I can't see for the life of me how anyone cannot see how much of a communist she is. Another Clinton presidency would be the end of this country as we know it,and freedom and democracy would take a huge step off a cliff.

Hillary acts like an addicted habitual boozer when it comes to promising health care.
Even her Moo Calves couldn't keep her on the stool.
