okay, so I was reading a myspace bulletin and it said "Have you ever bs-ed a report?" Does this mean like to plagorize or something, because I really don't know.

B stands for Bull, and S stands for what comes out of a bull..

And it does mean to make it all up... just writing any idea that comes into your head about a subject that has been assigned as a report. (should have been researched, and the research referenced, etc)

It means instead of doing any actual research or fact finding, you completely fabricated your own "facts, statistics or whatever information" your report includes.
