he is really sick and he is drawing his legs the back ones and he is so skinny but i have wormed him and he wont drink or eat only a little a day what can it be there is no vet around where i live

The dog needs a vet now! Get your car and travel if not one is around you. You have taken responsibility for an animal and you should at the least call a clinic and tell them the symptoms and let them know you cannot get him to proper help and see what advise they can give.

Its very likely that he's dehydrated.
Find a vet. Even if you have to drive 200+ miles to get to one, for the love of dog, find a vet.
