was pregant with twins, noticed some blood stains after 4 weeks doctor said one was gone but the other still good blood discharge after 8 weeks and went for scanning after 9 weeks the other was confirmed bad too, why, i had two kids already and never experienced this.

Miscarriages happen and there isn't always an identifiable reason, especially in early pregnancy during the first trimester. Usually those early miscarriages are related to genetic issues or instability from a weak implantation.

Miscarriages are more common than you think. Some theories have speculated that all women will have at least 1 miscarriage in her lifetime - but most wouldn't know it because it would happen so early it was mistaken for a regular period. Some other studies have shown that as many as 25% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage. So it's really not unusual, unfortunately.

Oh I am soo sorry to hear that, I hope your doing ok. I had twins I didnt find out they were twins till the twelve week scan. Im not sure y this has happened to you,you should talk to ya gp

I'm sorry for your loss. You should talk to your doctor and ask what he or she thinks this happened. There might be no good answer, though, it might just be one of those things.

You should talk to an OB or an reproductive endocrinologist.
