It sounds like she only used them to get the place where they are living now. Do not fret. As long as you get your visitation and your slumber parties what is the big deal? As long as you provide substance for your children and always I mean always be there when they need you then you should be a grammy winning dad! As far as the battle between you and the mom there is a bigger picture " the children". Yea you could go to court for a custody battle but if you are adult as I think you are.. I mean come on you have 4 kids you should have some understanding at this point and so should she enough to be able to work this out even if you guys don't get back together. If you want her back work on this first and then listen and change some things that she is asking you to change. Good luck buddy Out!

enable's get actual. that's unlike you had a suitable marriage and he or she purely bolted. You 2 had issues way in the previous she left. Your denial is undesirable on your babies. And whilst one determine might say issues approximately the different determine that are untrue, courts and childrens can the two see what's particularly taking place. that's unlike youngsters are blind little puppets. they're people. They see each thing and take all of it in. The healthiest determine for the youngsters is the only that owns as much as their area of the fault for the marriage and takes the suitable care of the youngsters. no longer person who thinks they're suitable and not person who thinks the different one is honestly at fault. i might say you the two at the instant are not putting your babies above each thing. And the decide knows that there is your area, her area and the that the certainty is someplace interior the middle. except he exchange into born the former day and fell off a turnip truck on a thank you to courtroom, he has considered greater suitable than you even comprehend.

Report her for what? Getting a home for her and the kids and moving on with her life? Get a grip, when she applied I am sure she knew the kids would be with her and that's why she put them on there. Unless you wanna pay for their housing (if it's low-income she obviously can't afford to pay more) then you need to keep your mouth shut. If you choose to tell I hope she takes your butt to court for more child support and/or alimony. Karma's a be-yotch.

REPORT HER FOR FRAUD!

My ex was on every form of assistance there was, and, that state made me pay every penny of it back even though she got it fraudulently as well. The state wanted there money and I was there easy cash cow. Cost me alot of money.

ahhhhh, but, the ex is the ex for a reason. Don't allow her to teach that kind of thing to the children either. Its not ok to do what she is doing,,, bust her,, call her on it.

What she is doing is fraud to the fullest. If you do report her she got to show that she had full custody of the kids, if they are listed down with your address she can't put them down, because you had those two kids in your custody.

she will either go to jail or pay a hefty fine when you report her (depending on the sate you live). if/when you do, do it for the right reasons. not because you are angry.

ahem: by the way govt fraud is a felony
