I hope he (or she) does. I really wish that when a person gets a certain age he or she doesn't have to pay so much for rent, groceries, etc. I know that is just a dream of mine...

I think we must do some serious research on each of the candidates We can't go by the polls as to who's ahead, we need to vote for the person that will have the best interests of ALL the people in mind. No ONE will satisfy everybody, we will need a congress AND a president that realize they weren't elected just for the benefit of special interest groups. It will be important that we vote for the right candidates in the primaries, do the research and make your own decisions.

I think the next prez will find a full plate of demands on the national credit card and things will be stretched thin enough to give us all cause to hope we don't lose what we already have.

The nation is manufacturing nothing, exporting nothing but raw materials, importing everything from petroleum to electronics, and showing no signs of plugging the holes in the dike.

My guess is that whomever the next prez is, it won't make a nickles worth of difference to senior citizens.

I sure hope so! As for Mystine G., Who's job do you think it is. National Health Care program is up to our president. I think it is high time we start to look at that. We have to many people in this country without health care, and a lot of these people are dying. It is a dirty shame that this country cannot seem to come up with a decent program. Many other country's have it and it is high time we get one implemented.

I sure hope not. I want a President who is intimately familiar with the job description of that office contained in Article Two of the Constitution and is prepared to do those tasks as best as is humanly possible. I don't want a Federal Wizard King.

Oh sure...but will we have the money to fund the program? Between sending and spending Billions to Pakistan and other countries around the world and the cost of this stupid war and them scaring us all about money running out of Social Security....they'll have to print more money which will only devalue the money we got.

Why should the President help anybody with their helthcare; not his job. Take care of your own healthcare.
